Robert is a socially conscious entrepreneur. He is CEO of Career Partners International, Florida | Caribbean / Newland Executive Search, an equity owner of Career Partners International, a global talent management consultancy, where he also sits on the Board of Directors. His full-service practice provides executive search, outplacement, HR consulting and leader development offerings. As a serial entrepreneur, he has built, owned, managed and/or sold various businesses including call centers, staffing agencies, executive suite centers and a mergers and acquisition consultancy. Robert graduated Cum Laude from Sacred Heart University and has attended Harvard Business School and Pepperdine University for executive education programs. He is an occasional speaker at various trade, professional and non-profit organizations, and dedicates his volunteer time serving on their Boards of Directors of the Central Florida Community Foundation, United Way, Junior Achievement and the Orlando Economic Partnership.
West serves as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for MZ (Machine Zone, Inc.) and is responsible for setting the Company's overall People Strategy. As part of the MZ People Strategy, West and his HR team have a particular focus on leadership development, talent acquisition, performance management, total rewards, workforce planning, and culture and values alignment within the Company. Prior to joining MZ, West worked in the financial services sector as an Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Fidelity Investments in Boston, MA. During his 8 year tenure at Fidelity, West successfully helped build and execute a strategic workforce plan for the Company's 45,000 global employees. Before that he was a Dell EMC Human Resources Executive Committee Member, performing a variety of HR leadership roles in Austin, TX along with a 3 year expatriate assignment to Singapore. West began his career in HR consulting with Aon Hewitt and Willis Towers Watson. All in, West brings over 25 years of leadership expertise across the entire spectrum of HR disciplines. West holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Florida.
Toni is an accomplished and results-driven human resource executive with experience across diverse industries. She is a global strategic partner to executive leadership teams, skilled in aligning culture, organizational development, and talent management. Most recently, Toni was the EVP HR at OvaScience, a global fertility company dedicated to discovering, developing and commercializing new fertility treatments. Prior to that, Toni was global VP HR at Bruker Corporation where she was recruited to build Bruker's first, global HR organization. Previously, Toni was a key member of HR leadership teams for The Merck Group of Darmstadt, Germany, Millipore Corporation and the Boston Globe newspaper. Toni played a key role in her family's charity work in Boston as a board member for Spinazzola, Inc., a 501(c)3 dedicated to the hunger relief and culinary education for the under and unemployed. Toni has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Suffolk University and a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from Emmanuel College. She currently resides in Juno Beach, Florida and she travels extensively for her client work and occasionally to amazing vacation spots.

In 1995, he built his first employment website. In 2001, together with his partner Scott Kotroba, he created www.GreatInsuranceJobs.com (GIJ). Today, GIJ is the #1 insurance employment niche site in the country. In 2005, Roger applied this technology to create www.OrlandoJobs.com and 2016 to MiamiJobs.com. Today, Roger speaks to many human resource groups and recruiters around the country about the impact of the internet and social media recruiting. In addition, Roger also speaks to schools, universities and job seeker groups about careers and the job search process. He is a frequent guest on FOX35 Orlando talking about employment trends in Central Florida.
Jim has over 22 years' experience in talent management, executive recruiting, assessment, career transition and executive coaching in order to create effective and results-oriented organizations. He is Senior Vice President and Managing Director at Career Partners International, Florida | Caribbean / Newland Executive Search. Prior to joining the firm, Jim worked within Corporate Headquarters of Johnson and Johnson as well as supporting operating companies of Johnson and Johnson in areas of Recruiting, Human Resources and Executive Assessment. He also directed a large team of recruiters at Kenexa in its Executive Search Division. He has served on the Board of the Children's Home Society of Brevard for 6 and is an Advisory Board Member of the Institute for Cross Cultural Management at Florida Institute of Technology. His professional memberships include The Society for Human Resource Management, The American Psychological Association and the Society of Industrial & Organizational Psychology. He holds a BA Degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee and a Master's Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Florida Institute of Technology.
